Benchmark $500 Once a Building Profile is completed and submitted with 24 months of utility bills, an EnergyPlanIT Benchmark Report is delivered via electronic means, usually within two business days.  The report consists of an EPA Energy Star Rating & Energy Star Report for most types of commercial buildings or a DOE Profile Report for industrial plants.  Each type of report is reviewed by an energy engineer.  After the building's specifications are entered into the EnergyPlanIT database, Benchmark provides a list of general energy savings suggestions relevant to the customer's specific type of building and a ranking of the building's energy use against similar buildings on a national basis. More importantly, Benchmark utilizes automated regression analysis to display a trend-log of weather-corrected energy use and cost results showing how much more or less energy efficient the building became over the past two years. Benchmark is also a multi-building planning and prioritization solution--the fastest and most effective way to see which buildings need the most pressing attention and which buildings can wait a while--a very important step in an enterprise-wide energy planning process. Analysis $1,500 EnergyPlanIT Analysis includes all of the components of Benchmark and adds an in-depth analysis of utility information, including interval meter data, where available, to support more detailed energy saving recommendations.  Analysis includes a more in-depth building profile for entry into the EnergyPlanIT database, and a phone interview with building staff to help identify the ‘low-hanging-fruit’ of wasted energy and best practices to avoid unnecessary demand charges.  A credit will be applied to the Analysis fee if upgraded from a previously purchased Benchmark. Monthly Performance Tracking $99/month Automated regression analysis allows EnergyPlanIT to report on monthly building performance at low-cost.  Monthly trend reports show how a building has performed by correcting for the variables in utility billing (weather, days being billed, higher rates, etc.) to deliver each month’s performance results.  Trend reports are ‘normalized’ for true month-to-month comparisons and ‘standardized’ for true building-to-building comparisons. In most cases, the customer has no time or labor invested, since EnergyPlanIT personnel typically access, with customer permission, utility account data online.  This guarantees the most accurate data entry and fastest report delivery via electronic means. Monthly Performance Tracking is ideal for customers with many utility bills to pay and many energy plans to track or who want the earliest possible look at their utility use and cost for Accounts Payable and/or budgeting purposes.

Continuous Performance Tracking $299/month Continuous Performance Tracking utilizes the EnergyPlanIT Dashboard to display how effectively the customer’s plan is performing by providing continuous, building-direct, interval meter data monitoring, analysis and automatic text/email/VM alert messages to designated customer representatives when excessive or anomalous energy use is detected by the software.  Continuous Performance Tracking maximizes the effectiveness of any energy plan by identifying energy saving opportunities as they occur – displayed continuously on customer computers.  EnergyPlanIT software can analyze and alert existing interval meter data (if accessible) or be installed with new Smart Load Monitors (equipment and installation billed separately).  With Continuous Performance Tracking, EnergyPlanIT searches for: Equipment/systems that fail to operate; Equipment/systems that fail to shut down properly; Equipment/systems that are causing spikes in demand, and; Equipment/systems that are running at full power or are cycling excessively. Continuous Performance Tracking price includes the services of Monthly Performance Tracking.
